how to make Vegetable Kabab or Hara Bhara Kabab. But before that let us have a brief

Procedure
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them with a masher.
- In a big mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, corn powder, all vegetables, and spices.
- Mix well the above mixture with the hand and check the hardness of the batter.
- The batter should be hard enough to make the fine balls of it. If required add some more corn powder and mix well to make it harder.
- In a frying pan add some oil and put it on flame.
- Fry these balls in hot oil pan and cook till they get little brown in color.
- Hara Bhara Kabab is ready. Serve hot with either chutney or sauce.
