Ingredients
2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Melted Butter (Ghee)
1 tsp Baking Powder
A pinch of salt (Optional)
Procedure
- In a bowl add baking powder and flour and mix it properly.
- In a separate mixing bowl mix melted butter and sugar thoroughly.
- To this add flour mixture gradually with continuous stirring so as to avoid the formation of lumps in the batter.
- Gradually the batter will become very stiff and tight like a dough.
- Now take some oil or melted butter on your hand and make small equal sized balls and flatten them.
- In an oven plate spread the aluminum foil evenly.
- Place the balls at equidistant position by a definite margin.
- Now preheat the oven at 425 and place the plate in oven for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes check the cookies by inserting a tester. If it comes out clean then cookies are cooked, otherwise bake it for further 3-4 minutes.
- Now take out the oven plate and let it cool for 5-10 minutes and then remove the baked cookies from it.
Enjoy it and write me something about your experience with it.
